Privacy Policy:  All information provided to our consultants is confidential.  The private, personal and financial details of clients and customers will be protected and will not be sold to third parties.

Refund Policy:  Shortly after an order is placed, the expectation is set that the client will provide the consultant, all the necessary documentation to move forward with providing the requested services.  Once these documents are received by the consultant, the client has 48 hours to request a full refund for writing services and once a coaching session has been scheduled, clients must cancel within 48 hours’ notice of the scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund.  Otherwise, once the first draft is submitted to the client or a coaching session has been conducted, we are unable to offer refunds for requests beyond this point.
